The Free plan gives you everything you need to manage basic testing:

Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. During the trial:
- You have full access to all Professional features.
- No credit card is required to start.
- When the trial ends, you can subscribe to Professional, or your account automatically moves to the Free plan with no data loss.
Enterprise Plan
Best for: Large organizations with advanced security, compliance, and scale requirements.
Everything in Professional, plus:
- Unlimited team members and unlimited projects.

How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Organization Settings.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Under Current Plan, click Upgrade.
- Select the plan you want.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves approximately 20%).
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Confirm Upgrade.
Your new plan takes effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
If you are not sure which plan is right for your team, start with the 14-day Professional trial. You can evaluate all the features before committing.
Manage Your Billing
Update Payment Method
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Under Payment Method, click Update.
- Enter your new card details or PayPal information.
- Click Save.
View Invoices
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Click Invoice History.
- Download any invoice as a PDF.
Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is preserved.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the period ends.

- Wire transfer (annual plans only).
- Invoicing (Enterprise customers).
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan later? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee? No. There are no setup fees for any plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing? Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts? Yes. Contact our sales team for special pricing.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data is preserved. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., more than 100 test cases on Free), you will not be able to create new items until you are within the limits, but existing data remains accessible.
